My First Ever Blog

It is being a great moment to pen down my blog writing, candidly being the first one for me in this blog. I was rationally perplexed about what to write on a blog and prose it in an alluring manner for the reader to enjoy. There are ample contents available in web search even when I wish to pull out some confined area of things to share. Nevertheless, I am not interested to post those kinds of things which are quite common to read.  Meanwhile, I glanced some of others blogs and conceived that it is not a time passing thing and the bloggers were endured with collection of information’s on their own areas. According to me, every person in this world has some unique things in him, but only some people identify and articulate them to the world ruthlessly. Eventually, every person will have his own interests and favorite pastimes to hang up with, but as and when people grow older, they lack interest with them due to the stress involved both in personal and professional life. Herewith I try to insinuate myself to the readers for insinuating their old interests to take back and enjoy. I also presume that people will get something out of their mind in my future blogs and I strive not only to be informative, but also to be sensational at times. Meanwhile, I always like to engrave the contents of my blog preferably on the areas I wish a lot to convey to the society. I love to post some philanthropic ideas and create some impact to the society to the level at least I can, but I don’t know how effectively and positively I could succeed on that.

As a first step of fulfilling my purpose of blog writing, I suggest you not to lose your childhood or favorite hobbies at any cost due to your professional life stresses. In my point of view, these kinds of activities will rejuvenate our minds and keep us on the track of life. Let it may be playing, reading, writing, dancing, singing or any form of entertainment, but those which that makes our busy life cheerful should not be lost for any reason. I don’t say that people are not doing those things, but I suppose that people are not giving much importance apart from their professional life. As an engineer, even I have gained some professional experience but I’m not ready to give up my own interests because of work role. I suggest readers also not to give up their own interests or social activities because of their busy schedules. In simple words, they are indispensable part of our lives. Nothing can replace them to lead your life happily. Moreover, once you lost that at some particular age or period, its certain that then you will not have any cherishing memories to think about in the future.

I anticipate that the above would have been somewhat useful to the readers and that will obviously inspire in my future endeavors of writing.

Finally, I thank the people who spend their valuable time to view my blog.

9 Apps to Help You Train Like an Olympian

Maybe you don’t have a coach, physiologist, or biomechanist on call like the folks chasing down medals in London, but you can track your training in new, creative ways with these apps recommended by Australian champion swimmer Matt Welsh, who won three medals in the 2000 games. It’s like having a coach with an on-off switch—that you control. What are your favorite training apps? Post them below.
#1 RunKeeper - A GPS-based app that keeps track of your run, ride, or walking path, providing time, distance, average speed, and more. A great motivational and informative app that can help you analyze and track your progress from your iPhone. It’s like having a coach with you every step of the way.

#2 iFitness - Choose workouts for overall fitness or to target specific muscle groups. You can even create your own special workout and it will keep a record for future use. It’s like having a personal trainer on your iPad.

#3 aSleep Classic - A great app that provides music to create the perfect setting for you to relax for stress management, meditate, do a yoga session, or just help you get to sleep. A portable chill out zone wherever you go.

#4 FoodSwitch - A camera-based app that can read food product bar codes to inform you of nutritional content as well as providing healthier options for you to choose from. It really takes the confusion out of food labels. Your personal dietitian at the supermarket.

#5 Yoga Stretch - Stretching and core strength are so important for your wellbeing, affecting everything from posture to digestion. Yoga Stretch app will take you through a session of your choice for both intensity and time. A yoga class ready when you are.

#6 Ready, Set, Run! - A running based training app that lets you set a goal and then helps you achieve it by tailoring a program for your level of experience and needs. A motivation coach in your pocket.

#7 Chinese Health Massage - We can’t all have a masseuse at our beck and call, but we can help speed up our recovery with simple stretching and self massaging techniques, like an old swimming trick of using a tennis ball against a wall to ease the tension in your back and shoulders. The Chinese Health Massage app shows you simple ways to relieve tension in key stress areas like neck and upper back.

#8 iMuscle - An incredible app that helps you understand the mechanics of the body so you can choose better exercises and have more effective workouts. Use your iPad to find all those detailed muscle groups.

#9 Upbeat Workouts for Runners - A music-picking app that matches the beat of the song to your running stride to make workouts more fun and keep you in rhythm. A personal iPhone based “DJ-workout motivator” for every step!
